MY MISSION
I am a medical personal trainer,
who shows how to exercise to release the body from tensions or pain and improve overall fitness.
I help you take your first training steps and teach you on how to train consciously - more effectively, adapting methods to you and your abilities.
My goal is not only to take care of your body appearance, but also to support your health and well-being.
ABOUT ME
I’m Joanna, a professional trainer and psychologist based in Estepona, on Costa del Sol, south Spain. In my practice, I work with clients to help them feel better and healthier in their bodies. I prefer a holistic approach to training and I believe physical activity can be a satisfying way out to enjoy life even more.
HOW DO I WORK?
In my practice, I focus on conscious training. I personalize it to your needs and abilities, taking into account your overall health, preferences, motivations, actual mood and goals you want to achieve, and in the case of women - also the phase of your monthly cycle.
I start each cooperation with an initial diagnostic and interview, in order to properly select methods and establish a plan of action. Then I help you take your first training steps and teach you awareness of your body and movement, so that in the future you can exercise independently in a safe and effective way. Together we take care of your health and fitness.
